March 2022 - June 2022
I qualified, participated, and placed 4th in the International
Cybersecurity Challenge as part of
Team Oceania, a team of 16. Our team placed 4th out of 7 in the jeopardy
round, and 3rd out of 7 in the attack and defense round.
Overall, we placed 4th out of all participating teams. The
skills we demonstrated in the competition included our
knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, our ability to apply that
knowledge to real-world scenarios, and our proficiency in
using tools and techniques for defending networks and
attacking others. The challenge was organized by
ENISA. Our team's page can be found at
https://austiccquals.uqcloud.net/. I am proud of our team's
performance and the skills we demonstrated in the competition.
